Recent Courtyard Marriott Oxnard Review: "This may not be an extravagant hotel, but it surpasses my 5-star hotels in terms of quality customer service and general friendliness. I really have nothing but positive things to say about my stay. The room is very clean. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast was great (which one SHOULD defintely purchase as part of the reservation rather than as a  true breakfast on site). The staff are just very welcoming and exceptionally accommodating. Many folks stay here for business and I noticed that staff referred to them by name as they walked by the reception desk. There is a hotel van that drove me to and from a local mall to pick up an item that I was in search of. There were warm cookies at the reception desk. The location is convenient. It just is all one needs for a satisfactory hotel stay. No plush... just clean, dependable, friendly, and reliable. i would go back to this hotel without hesitation, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
